Adieu Anthony

June 8th 2018, we lost Anthony Bourdain to his own demons. The world remembers this incredible man, and his generous heart. He showed the world what role food plays in culture, and community. That is to say, his traveling and eagerness to know people was in his sharing meals from humble homes, to fine dining. He was more than a food critic, he was an explorer, and champion for the often overlooked outliers in communities.
